Return & Refund Policy – FEG Plus PK

1. Eligibility

1.1 Only items purchased directly from www.fegpluspk.com or our verified social‐media pages (@fegpluspk) qualify for return or refund.
1.2 Because the product is a personal-care item, we accept returns only if the wrong or damaged item is delivered (e.g., broken glass bottle, leakage, or an item you did not order).
1.3 Items that have been unsealed, opened, or used are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by consumer-protection law.


2. Time-frame

2.1 You must notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving the parcel (based on the courier’s delivery timestamp).
2.2 Requests made after 3 days will unfortunately not be processed.


3. What we require
• Order number / proof of purchase (screenshot of confirmation e-mail or invoice).
• Unboxing video or clear photos taken at the moment you discover the damage/issue (to verify that the problem occurred before use).
• Your full name, phone number, and delivery address.


4. Return procedure

4.1 Contact us first via WhatsApp +92 319 444 6001 or e-mail fegpluspak@gmail.com with the above details.
4.2 Our support team will approve the return and provide you with a return-shipping label or instructions.
4.3 Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it to the designated courier.
4.4 Returns shipped without prior approval will not be accepted.


5. Refund or replacement
• Replacement (default): We will ship a new, identical item free of charge once we receive and inspect the returned unit.
• Refund (if replacement not possible): A full refund of the product price (PKR 2400) will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer within 7 business days after approval.
• Shipping costs: If the error is on our side (wrong/defective item), return shipping is on us. If the item is returned for any other reason, the customer bears the shipping cost.


6. Non-returnable / non-refundable situations
• Any product bought from unofficial sellers, marketplaces, or individuals.
• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow usage instructions.
• Parcels returned after the 3-day notification window.
• Requests without valid proof of purchase.
